Hello my name is Jane Stone and I am your Parish Council Clerk. 

I have been the Clerk since 3rd May 2005 and find the work very interesting and rewarding

Prior to working for the Parish I was a full time Bank Manager and retired last year after 33 years.

I am responsible for the administration of Council Duties and ensuring Council business is conducted according to the relevant rules of law and procedure.

The Council are responsible for playing fields, allotments, cemeteries and the Village Hall in Calverton.

 Parish Council meetings are held on the second  Tuesday of each month except August and December. The public are invited to attend to listen to the business but there is an opportunity to make your views known at the Open Session which is held part way through the meeting.
